We employ a full-time safety department responsible for ensuring that our company’s safety program meets the highest industry standards. In addition, we have established a positive culture that encourages and involves all employees in the continual enhancement of safety practices. All of our technician are trained to use the Tractel Rescue Device if there is an emergency.

Our goal at BIS Salamis is to achieve zero incidents every day. In order to help achieve this we emphasize teamwork, teach safe behavior practices on the job and constantly work to identify risks. We have developed an industry leading Behavior Based Safety Management (BBSM) observation program that our employees utilize daily to capture safe and unsafe behaviors in order to trend those behaviors company wide. We also invest in the best equipment available and ensure that it is always maintained properly.

Our comprehensive safety program also includes regular seminars, site visits, presentations, bulletins and discussions – all designed to audit, monitor, and constantly improve our safety performance.
